SUGAR MANUFACTURING TANK

Sugar Syrup Plants are particularly used for Syrup manufacturing.
Sugar Syrup Plant mainly consists of following equipments -

1. Liquid manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket 
2. Sugar Syrup manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket. 
3. Storage Vessel 
4. Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup 
5. Pipelines - Manufacturing Vessels and Storage Vessels are connected through individual pipeline. Inline Sugar Syrup Pre-filters are provided. All connections like bends, tees, valves, inline sight glasses are of Tri-clover / Din Standards.

Special Features of Sugar Syrup Plant - 

• Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are JACKETED with limpet coils for heating and cooling. 

• These vessels can withstand internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel. 

• Filters provided at the bottom can be easily dismantled and cleant, sanitized or sterilized. 

• Bottom Entry propeller agitators are available. Capacity - 500 Ltr. to 2000 Ltr. 

• M.O.C. - SS 304 / SS 316.
