Separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and gradation of materials in accordance with their sizes have always presented problems, especially when large quantity of material is to be processed through finer screens. In recent times the most important development that took place is the replacement of the conventional reciprocating motion by the gryatory motion in sieving & straining operations. SAMS Sieving grading & straining machine is specially developed with above design features to provide gryatory vibration. The amplitude of vibration is adjustable to suit processing need. Machine can be used in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuss & pigments, ceramics, food products, detergents, cosmetics, pesticides, fertilizer, pulp, plastics, resins, paints, polyester chips, minerals, rubber compounds, slurries, and metal powder. Units available in 2 models of 500 mm & 750 mm dia.
